    Scan stopped by user - NOT

    I am unable to run my Symantec Antivirus scan since May 14. A window opens that says it was stopped by the user but I have not stopped the scan. Is it safe to reboot? What recommendations do you have? See attached file for a copy of the stopped message I am getting.
