AT&T PRI provisioning with Magix
I have been told that AT&T no longer supports whatever provisioning standard the Merlin Magix expects for a PRI. The result I am told is a nightmare turn up that can go on for days while the PBX tech and AT&T work out the config. In the mean time it will be impossible to call some area code...- McGluke

Magix can't call AC 516, 845, and 914
A year ago my predacessor had problems getting the Magix and a new AT&T PRI in AC 212 to be able to call Area Codes 516, 845, and 914. Somehow he got past this issue, but I have no records of the fix. QUESTIONS: any idea what would cause a Magix not to be able to call certain Area Codes? Any...- McGluke
