I'm primaily a Norstar tech. Customer has NEC aspire .
When we put line 1 on hold, answer line 2 and hang up line 2 , line 1 and 2 go solid red.
When we try to access lines display says line Camp.
Any help would be great

Pressing call forward key (feature 4)
Entering destination code 66 and phone number to be transferred to
This is done on set 21 prime set for the lines
CICS 6.0 Lines 001 and 002 will not external call forward.
Lines 003 and 004 will external forward.
lines 001 002 003 and 004 are all in the same line pool and programmed identically.
Any Ideas ?

I'm trying to add the 5th 7316 set to a BCM 50. The set comes up and I'm able to assign lines etc , but when I go off hook on the new set display says "keycode reqd". I've tried power off reboot twice. my backround is with Norstar. This is my first time with BCM
