    Cognos 7.3 admin install issue..

    I am running Windows Vista SP1.. I was able to user impromptu 7.3 user fine.. I uninstalled and try to install 7.3 admin and it stated it installed fine, but when i clicked to run it, it does nothing.. any help on what it could be?
