ACD Supervisors need display stats
I have a Nortel M-1 system, with two sepearte ACD groups. There are two supervisors each with a need to have the call center stats viewed on the phone display. I am able to give each of the supervisors the ability to view one of there groups, but am not able to give them the ability to view...- TeleGrunt
