    Why does the service stop when closing program?

    When closing out of BackupExec 7.0 I get the following Dr.Watson for Windows NT 4.0 "besever.exe" "Exception access violation (OXC0000005)address ######" This stops the BackupExec Server service. Can anyone help me correct this?
