Same message as we got, as explained, its a generic error message from RSA, the fixes include (but not limited to):
Not having "RSA" in the hostname
Having JRE installed before installation happens
using the SP2 ISO image, mounted with magic ISO/Alcohol 120% or similar

Ok, there are known issues in native 7.1 and i really recommend you ask your vendor for the SP2 (SP3 is out now) ISO image, however if this is not possible for whatever reason theres some trouble shooting you can do:
Did you install JRE before RSA?
What did you name the Windows 2003 Server?

how are you installing? (ROM/ISO?)
which version of RSA SecurID? (Native/SP2/SP3)
What server are you using? (VM/Virtual Server/Physical)
What OS are you installing on?
RSA Supplied the instal as an .iso image
i used Alcohol 120% to mount the image.
I have since used VMware ESXi server to install successfully too - mounting the iso as a CDROM within the Guest machine settings, this works too.
speak to your reseller - get the latest version of the Installation (7.1 SP2) - it comes as an ISO and you can use your eval licenses still.
7.1 native has bugs in it anyway - such as you cant use a host name with "RSA" in it (like UKRSASVR01.Domain.Etc)
