    Can't add a 3102 Business Phone just locks up phone

    I have (7) 3COM 3102 Business Phones. None of the phones autodiscover and when I try to manually add them to the system they start to download the image then they lock up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks TwoTone2
