    OK, we finally found solution - some ip phones get DHCP other network IP addresses which was blocked by WAN firewall.

    Hi, I have few phones connected to PABX via WAN link. For about 2-3% total calls caller hears silence just after is connected. Any suggestion how to start debugging process ? We looked at WAN traffic and we did not find anything interesting (filters, packet drops, bandwidth problems etc.)
