I have an SV which cuts outs on night service it starts with an AUto attendant announcing opening hours then by pressing 1 allows you to leave a message this all works fine until the caller speaks to leave a message, as soon as the outside caller speaks it cuts of the call, any ideas?

it is the SP-310 softphone you are correct, i have all the settings correct as you have described but it still won't work over a vpn connection but it is fine in office.
programme 10-46-01 does this have to be set to manual or can this be plug and play in both...
I have the NEC SV8100 sp30 working fine on local lan but it won't work over a vpn connection even though i can ping the system and programme it over the VPN am i missing a simple step in the setting up of the SV8100 all answers gratefully appreciated
