Hi BaseBall2000, Thks, but the checkbox "Send Calling Name In Facility IE" in the part "PRI Protocol Type Specific Information" from the Gateway configuration is unchekable. This option permit the name presentation from the external operator ? I'will that the call search the name...- rv68

Hi, I've a Call Manager V6 who're connected with a exchange 2007. I've some cotact in Exchange 2007. But i no know how a acan have the name and not the number from a external contact who call me... Can you help me ? Thanks..- rv68
