See. Interface GigabitEthernet in SFP module can not configure the duplex until you use the "media-type". If you do not use this command, the interface will go down in half. Do this:
Switch(config)# interface gigabitethernet0/2
Switch(config-if)# media-type sfp
Switch(config-if)# duplex...
