    Avaya Partner Voicemail-- Keeps ringing, voicemail doesn't kick in

    Hi-- thank you for your help, the voicemail now kicks in (I think it was the Auto VMS Coverage) One more thing-- it now only rings once before before going to voicemail. Is there a way to have it ring a few times to allow the staff member not to have to pick up the phone right away? Thanks again!

    Thanks for the info-- I've followed those steps and the same problem still occurs. I'm not sure if there is some disconnect between the line, extension and voicemail box. Are there any other steps recommended? Thanks again! M

    Hello, I have an Avaya Partner system in our office. We installed a new line to the office, which rings to extension 21. The line is not in a pool, etc. The problem we're facing is that the line keeps ringing when dialed, but voicemail does not pick up. I'm having trouble figuring this out...
