    Excel: Hide/Unhide Rows with VB

Skip, Your code hides the rows where I am entering data. I don't want them hidden. I want row 10 hidden if row 28 column B has a zero value, row 11 hidden if 29 is zero and 12 hidden if 30 is zero. I grabbed that original code off the web and modified it slightly. So I'm not real savvy on...

    Excel: Hide/Unhide Rows with VB

I am trying to create a table that would hide a row based on the value from another row which is what I think makes it complicated. I have a table that populates from another table where I input data (both on the same sheet). I have three rows where I input data 28-30. I want the code to look...

Excel Conditional Format Two Columns that Contain Text

Thanks. That was close but didn't quite work. I need it to check any of the text in any of the cells in one column with any text in any of the cells in the other column.

Excel Conditional Format Two Columns that Contain Text

I am looking for a formula to compare two columns of text and highlight the cells that contain similar text. The lists are company names. Column A is full company name ABC Co. Inc, etc. sometimes containing paranethese and other junk. Column two is just the simple business name. ABC. I want to...

Closed and now opening new store with old POS

I just helped a place do the same thing. They just bought some swipe terminals and didn't worry about trying to set the old system up with credit cards because like mrpinks3 says it won't be PCI compliant and I don't think there is an upgrade for a 3000 system. They just use the Micros as an...

    Micros NT Wireless

Oh, and there is nothing wrong with the Micros network. I'm just having problems with the wireless, which connects into the printer.

    Micros NT Wireless

I was going to mention it in the original post, but they're not running credit cards on the system so that isn't an issue. Do I set up the wireless in the Network area like other Windows systems? Do I use the TCI/IP option?

    Micros NT Wireless

Anyone have experience with connecting to a wireless network from an old 3700 system on Windows NT. I don't need the Micros program to connect, just the computer. I can see the network but it won't connect. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the Micros network that is set up. Can the...

    NT Wireless

This was covered in thread621-1102105 several years ago. Just wondering if RDSKC who started the thread is still out there. I've tried installing the Net Gear MA311, got it installed, put both drivers on, but can't access the program to configure it.

    Receipt Printer on Server

I finally got it figured out with a bit of help from the local Micros guy. I put a serial port on the back of a Epson T200, or TU200 whatever it is. Changed the dip switches on the bottom, configured the port under Network Nodes and was still having trouble... I think what finally solved it...

    Receipt Printer on Server

I'm not using it as an order device, just a receipt printer. I have everything seemingly configured correctly. I tried connecting a thermal printer with a 25 pin to the device on the back with the 25 pin connection. I think its the license key. That didn't work. It just continuously spewed out...

Micros 3700 / IDN printer help

You lost me in all the info there, but it should go something like router > Workstation > box > box > kitchen... I have two guesses: one you don't have a connection running from the workstation's IDN or something like that port to a junction box that runs to the kitchen or I was having a similar...

    Logo on Sign In

Got it to work on the older 3.0 system. Seems like it had something to do with the size of the image or where it had been saved from (Mac vs PC). I had a higher resolution bmp in there, then reduced the resolution and saved again and it worked... Still need to check the W4 system.

    Move Micros Touchscreen Files

So you are saying the layout and buttons would import but all the SLUs, tenders etc would have to be edited? How does one export / import those files?

    Move Micros Touchscreen Files

I would like to take the touchscreen files from a Micros 4.x to a 3700 3.x system. The straight transfer of the OpsDisplaySys.cfg file doesn't work. I get errors when the Server POS ops loads up. Is there a way to transfer this file or individual screens over to the older system?

    Kitchen Printer Problems

Thank TobeThor I think the key was simply to turn the printers off and on. I got everything to work though I'm not sure how. It was either just the on off thing or I also ran the System Configuration button on... I can't remember where it is, but I think that may only configure the...

    Kitchen Printer Problems

I'll try to explain my problem best I can. I am setting up an old Micros 3700 system with the Ultra Workstations. I'm having trouble with the kitchen printers. The printers come in from two different nodes. The fryer printer is connected to to the Rest2 workstation and is working fine. The...
