    No tool bar up top

    Okay - here's the problem. Like a dummy, I installed Windows 7 and therefore, no longer have Windows XP on my computer. When I did that, I no longer have the tool bar up top (i.e. "Tools" and then click on "Internet Options", etc.) I am trying to install an update for Adobe 10 and I can't click...
