    Not seeing correct fields in combo box list

    When I add a combo box to a form (linked to a query, I select a field, Event Name, using the wizard but I don't get the Event Name in the box. I get a number instead. How can I get the Event Name. Plus I get a lot of duplicate rows. What am I doing wrong. I'm new to Access.
