Sorry for my confusion. I'm also using AVG 9.0 free and have found the option in Tools / Advanced and unchecked "certify email". I'll have to receive emails to see if it works. I can't continue as it is, because I often need to search for real attachments, and these fake certification...
Thank you so much for the help! I assumed that was the problem but was afraid to uncheck the "scan incoming emails" box, particularly since AVG gives me a "Not fully functional" note in red.
I looked for Tools-Advanced Settings in Outlook but I don't have that as an option in Outlook 2003...
I'm using AVG Anti-Virus and Outlook 2003 on my new laptop. Every email I receive I have an attachment that says:
"No virus found in this incoming message.
Checked by AVG - www.avg.com
