    Dial-by-Name from submenu

    Is there a way to access Dial-by-Name (#) from a submenu? For example: Caller hears company greeting and presses # - no problem Caller presses 1 after hearing greeting, and then presses # on the submenu - this does not work, menu just repeats. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help!
