    Vertical Text in Lotus Notes on a Mac

    I have 2 users that when they send emails, it comes in to that person as vertical text. When they go to reply back, it goes back to horizontal. Is there anything that can be done about this?

    Make a user's personal address book their default when searching

    I have a user that wants to look at his personal contacts when searching for an email address from the to: field. How do I do this? He is angry at me right now because I haven't figured it out yet. Thanks!

    Cannot access INotes from Home

    I have a user that is unable to access inotes from home. When he tries to send the email he clicks on send and nothing happens...as if the button isn't connected to that command. I think it is the Activex isn't getting loaded correctly, but cannot find how to download it separately. Any help?
