    HI, We run BCM 400 3.7 version and Reporting for contact centre. I cannot get any historical reports from it after 26th Jan @ 20:23 - it tells me that that is the latest data it has - and today is 28th. Also when I try to get a real time report I get Invalid Request. Any ideas? thanks
