Mitel Unified Communicator call parameters
Does anyone have a full list of the call values that can be pulled through from UCA. So far I've got: %Call\CallerContact\Tel% %Call\Contact\DisplayTel% Struggling to find the list of what's possible, but keen to know if call duration can be got. Thanks- davidubm

Thanks for that - the 4025s we have were only purchased last year and from examination don't have a serial cable socket. They are definately digital sets - guess i need to check with Mitel! On the assumption the phones will support it, is generating the calls fairly simple using the SDKs that...- davidubm

This is probably a simple question.... ....we are looking to enable our employees to make calls from their 4025 Supersets without manually dialling - instead just click a number from an internal CRM solution to trigger a call. Our user's desktops run on Citrix terminals with a Windows desktop...- davidubm
