Hi Mirkolinux!!!. Sorry for my "missing of this forum...". Did you probe access to library via serial connection or SLC console?. (If you know the user and password, it is good ,but if you doesn´t have it, we have a problem...).
One option is look for another controller...But ask about the user...

I´m not sure now, but I remember a dismount problem with this message in ACSLS... I think that you must send the following command:
Dismount "X" X,X,X,X force (the second to fourth X are the ACSLS position of slots...).

I think that you can clean the drive manually from WEB access or the Operator panel, it is moving the tape fron I/O station to drive and then in reverse move...

I replaced a HBC card, some month ago, and I had the same problem with the firmware showed...
The problem was a incompatibility HBC, (the library has HBC2 card and I used an common HBC card...).
Please, could you send us the part numbers of HBC cards?.

Yes in the LCD operator panel you can see the firmware level, on the first scren.
The update is possible via CSE connection on MPCL card. Do you have information, (service manual or anothers)?.

Everything indicates a power problem in robots...
Did you remove the blue film protector from the copper strips?
Did you close the contact lever from handboots?
If you test on strip, (up and down), can you see +48 VDC, (push both door switch to test it and probe the 4 rails)?.
