While u are still hooked to your router at 115200 baud rate,Try this: Router# configure terminal Router(config)#config-register 0x2102 Router(config)#line console 0 Router(config)#speed 9600 relaunch a terminal session to your router at 9600 baud rate and you should be fine.- Murtada547
