    That's what I thought would happen too, it rings correctly at the forwarded extension, but vmx than goes back to the original ext dialed.

    We recently had a salesperson quit that we have been forwarding their calls to another internal sales number, we also want unanswered calls to go to the forwarded persons mailbox rather than the original mailbox, is this possible? We're running v5 update 4. Thanks
