    ArkM, Thanks for taking the time to respond, but that's not my problem. Obviously I left out the \\ when writing the post. The problem is this: tembBuffer = "\nnumber1:" + number1 + " number2" + number2; How do I get the values of the numbers into the string so they can be written to the file?
