Excel Conditional Formatting auto link to other spreadsheets
In the edit > links option the update is set to automatic. which probably means that it updates the link from the other sheet as i've just used the basic formula of =(cell from the other sheet that i want it to match) so it brings in the letter or number that ive typed from the other sheet but...- Body45

Yes it must be set to manual as i've not entered any formula in the calculate section of the VBA. Is there a code that i can enter in calculate that will make the cell update automatically? I tried the edit > links thing but the "update links" button is unavailable.- Body45

Hi there, i've got a problem and im so close to making my sheet work, this hopefully is the last stumbling block. I've conditional formatted my whole sheet in order to make it more automated and also linked every cell to other sheets and added the same vba from the master sheet to the others...- Body45
