In the last month, the CDR shows 4 or 6 times a call with 599 duration call and the call has not been done; no one has use the telephone on that schedule

What can be the cause?
How can I set in a Definity system the parameters in order that de trunk id works, the idea is to see en the attendant console and digital telephones display the origin of the call.
