Oh, thank you... I just figured it out... Since I have the mainphone, my mailbox number is the general one - 100... I was using my extension number 221 - the intire time... Now that I reset password on mailbox 100 I was able to do it and change the password and listen to the message. Thank you...- jenisedf

i've done that and it still wont work. I was able to access my mailbox from another phone but it said I had no messages. But I do have messages! If that was never my mailbox to begin with (even though it has my name on it) I have no clue of what the mailbox number is!- jenisedf

Hi. I have a locked mailbox because someone tried wrong passwords. I have tried three methods to reset password and it still remains locked. I do not want to delete the mailbox and restablish it as there are messages on the that I need to listen to. I have reset the password through feature...- jenisedf
