Cant seem to get VU stat to display or NA alert on 9620 set. Is there any additional programming needed beside placing button on set? This station is not part of any call center group or agent but used for testing features etc. Any thoughts?
I have s8700's and using mod messaging for autoattendant. We utilize the call screen feature and before call screeing announces "You have a call from" there is a series of four tones. Anyone know how to get rid of the tones? Seems to be very annoying and distracting to employees..
