User credentials are getting invalid - Cognos
We are using Cognos 8.1. We have 2 Namespaces say Authors8 and Series 7. Authors8 Namespace is used to store User Groups and Roles whereas Series 7 Namespace is an Authentication source, it picks the users from LDAP directory servers ( we have 2 Directory servers for our environment).
