    Sure I have read the docs...but unfortunelly there was no aswers to my questions. check this link http://support.3com.com/infodeli/tools/switches/4200/dha1730-0aaa03/htm/contents/contents.htm even there under "trafficManagement" there are lack of options.

    using web interface there is no option of "traffic management". using CLI I wasn't see any helpfull commands...
