Does anyone know how I can make ServiceCenter (v3.0 SP5/Windows NT) remember a user's login ID, so that when thet start a session, it is already filled in. Other applications would probably save this info in the ini file.
Does anyone know how I change how and which fields are copied when I select Open Related CM Change from a Problem Ticket? Currently, it copies a few fields, but they are mapped incorrectly, and we would like to configure this to meet our requirements.
