Critical Path calculation in MS Project
I am using MS Project 2002. I have two tasks: Clean Kitchen; Work: 14 hours; Resource: Tim Clean Bathroom; Work: 16 hours; Resource: Tim But MS Project is showing both tasks starting at the same time, with the critical path of 16 hours.
