    Many thanks for your help, DJHunt My problem is, I have GM6 on my old computer and as I have now bought a new notebook, I decided to buy 8 new - Thought that the transfer of data including 'notes' would be a simple process....     Can kind person advise on how best to go about transfering all data, including 'notes' from 6 to 8 Premium? I know how to do contacts, but not 'notes'. I'd be more than very grateful for any help.
