I have MS Office XP small business version 2002. Does anyone know how I can get the new look in MS Outlook? I was at my friend's house and saw her new version XP 2003 and love the neat icons.

I found my receipt for my computer. I have a 56 USR WIN Modem (ME Operating System).
I tried downloading the driver MD-USR-3595A 20001726 USR v.90 PCI w /voice
(3CP263595A-OEM)
and it still doesn't work. It's not picking up a modem name.
What am I doing wrong?

I have this very big access table, inside contained 10 tables. I've deleted 5 of the 10 tables. How come my Access file is still the same size as the original file (with 10 tables)?
