    Network Printer Icons disappear!!

    I have a windows 98 first edition in my network that is losing the icons for the network printers. They return on reboot, but it happens so often that this is not a good solution.

    I click on a pdf file in IE 5.5 and all I get is a blank page with the placeholder icon. Only one machine out of 250 is experiencing this problem.

    I try to launch a PDF file on our company website and all I get is a blank page with a placeholder icon is shown, instead of showing the file with Acrobat Reader. Only one pc out of 250 is having this symptom, HELP!!!!!
