So I finally got my ATA installed and a Plantronics CT14. I have one question that I am hoping you can answer. I am trying to program certain features (call park, page, etc) into the speed dial. I am correct in assuming I can't program the flash into the speed dial and that I have to do it...

And one more thing. When you say the Panasonic CT14, is that the same as the Plantronics CT14?

Thanks for the great suggestions. Don't know why my phone guys didn't suggest it as an alternative. How do you program the feature button? Do you just type in a capital "F"?

Thanks for the info but I should have added that this is for our receptionist when she does her walk abouts. I have tried chaining her to her desk but got reported to the authorities ;) I am looking for a phone with a few programmable buttons like call park, page, transfer, etc.

We have a Norstar Meridian system. The system version reads SP:30MUM05 DR5 RTP I am looking for a wireless phone. My phone company tells me the 7406e is not compatible with my current software. They also say the 7406 is not as good and there are not any batteries available for it anymore...
