Thanks nicetechie. I wouldn't know as Customer told that when he save the evaluation quries to csv file, the date and time is not that for some evalution call. Do you mean some kind of tooth fairy appear during saving of the evaluation could have resulted this?

hi , Error 7 = PBUHasNotYetExpired: media expiration time is still valid. Error -15 = PBUNotReady - caused by manual eject. (On hp) I suggest that you check the ID 6 (deck 1) & 5 (deck 2) and use NICE driver from the Logger CD.
