PMS LINK UP PROTOCAL DOWN
The site is a S1 Devinity connected to an RDP PMS server that until 3 months a go was working fine. Nothing has changed in the PBX but possibly a upgrade on the PMS from customers vendor. CM 3.1 TO CM 6.01
Need a little help. Upgrading S8300 from 3.1 (via 5.2.1) to 6.01 in lab enviroment before cutting over at site. No issues downloading full data base and CMM to 5.2.1 using a 8300C card. Added migration patch to 5.2.1 and backed up data plus backed up CMM data. Restored date to new 6.01 using...- sanddog
