    Denny, I'm the person who initially worked on this machine. It was infected with many viruses. It did not have current virus protection on it. Additionally regular data backups was not being done. The extent of what I did was simply removing all the viruses and installing current up to date...

    We cannot get into 'computer management' in Administrative Tools. Even though we are logged in as 'Administrator', could we possibly be having a group policy issue?

    I can confirm it's using DHCP. Will try flushing dns.
