    PBX inserting # on International LD calling

    Can anyone provide some insight on the below issue... When calling international long distance, the PBX appears to be inserting a "#" at the end of the dialstring. The carrier sees it as a "C" and the call does not complete. LIST TRACE time data...

    Has anyone experienced this and how did you resolve it...When dialing an internaiional long distance calls only our G3siV12 is insertng a "#" at the end of the dialstring,when checking the lis trace the LD carrier sees it as a "c" and the call will not complete. See below...
