Symposium CC6 Threshold Classes
Hi new here but hoping for some advice. Symposium CC6. I have looked at the user guides on threshold classes which indicate that within the level 1 and level 2 I can put what thresholds I want for things like abandoned calls etc. This then is supposed to show in the relevant displays on web...- gerbil2005
