    Since it is an older UPS, I would waste your money or time replacing batteries. You can get a brand new one inexpensively. with smaller ups, only replace the batteries once then buy a new one. You'll save yourself alot of head aches. Good Luck

    You do not need to completely power down the UPS. You can transfer the load to bypass and replace the batteries. If there is a battery breaker you should be able to open that breaker and replace them. Just make sure your voltage and polarity are correct. Good Luck

    Symmetra Extended Frame error

    HI, The E7 Error means that the PCB on the back of your Extended run cabinet in faulty. You can pull it out by loosen 4 screws on the back of the frame and reseat it. If the problem persists then the PCB requires replacement. The part # is SYXRCC. Good luck
