GOT IT! It was the operating mode. The goober tech put it into hotel mode, it is supposed to be in GPC mode - you get to it by going into sysprogram --->options--->ES and changing it there. Thank you for all of your help.

Alright so i took the phone out of hotel mode and put it in Group Calling Supervisor mode and ONE extension is now lit up on the DSS, it is an extension that is forwarded to the main phone due to that person not being here anymore - any ideas?

SYQUEST - I downloaded the maintentence manual and did the *00 and all lights, including the ones on the DSS lit up. When I hung the phone up, the DSS still doesnt work.

It is all plugged in correctly.
