    I'm trying to upload firmware to the clan board from the staged oarea on my pc. when I type ftp and the IP address of the c-lan board I get an error unknown error number. Doesn't appear that I'm connected but i can ping the board no problem. I have file transfer open on the source board.

    Wrong skill showing up in workforce management from CMS

    CMS sends reports over to Pipkins for workforce management. One of the skills is showing 0 as the workmode when it gets to Pipkins and should be showing the skill number. All other skills are showing up correct. CMS sends the same report every 1/2 hour so I don't want to mess with the report...
