I programmed bin 601 with and without a 9 and get busy on the # sign. Not even the 601. I get a busy immediatly after the # sign. Any clue's????

I just found the speed dials in labeling. On the Bis phones are set to dial tone first. Will I need to dial a 9 then the number or the number to be dialed???? Thanks. will test tomorrow, after hours right now.

You will definitely need the load manuals. Options are a completely different beast and program by loads.
