I try without any pci cards and Dell riser card -
Dell 2550 power blinking green
My Dell 2550 is not reaching post, no video. All the fans run, but the power light is blinking green. The system will not shut off with the power switch have to shut the power bar off. I replaced RAM, VRM, CPU but nothing happens. Any ideas?
