Automate commands to multiple sites
Hello Has anyone ever come across a programme that will autodial to multiple MD sites, log on to the modem/tracker and interogate the system with predetermined commands. Internal reroute by cust value
Hi On md110/MXone is there anyway of selecting users of a certain cust value to reroute through to an operator common group instead of routing the call/ i.e if someone in cust value x dials 9xxxx they get through to the operator. Thanks in advance- revocmcc
