    I have made the recovery setting of the RPC service as restart the host whenever RPC service fails as reboot of the host is not happening that why i came to conclusion that RPC service is not failing but its one of the dependent service is failing.

    HI Team, I have a windows 2003 enterprise server and citrix PS 4.5 is also installed on it. But after some time say about 2 -3 days it gives error message RPC server unavailable,the setting of RPC (Remote Procedure call) is set as resatrt the host if it fails but my server never rebooted...

    you can add the user in local group on the host. The group name is d-com. Try and let us know the result.
