Can't get the IP address for a BCM 1000
We've been trying to get into a new customers's BCM 1000, but we can't figure out the IP address. The default IP address does not work. We tried "acewarlock"'s solution of using a serial port, but we didn't see the main menu with any options of selecting a 2 or a Q. We're using element...- BlackNGold
